Our products
Each product page describes the product, including its size or weight, so you can make an informed choice. Our Perfectly Imperfect sweets are brand-name sweets with small cosmetic flaws, such as uneven shapes, coatings or colours. Their taste is not affected.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in South African rand (ZAR).
- The price of each product is shown on its product page.
- Courier delivery anywhere in South Africa costs R75 up to 5 kg, R110 up to 10 kg, R150 up to 20 kg and R200 above 20 kg, based on the weight of your order, and is shown at checkout, so you see the full amount, including delivery, before confirming your order.
- Payments are processed securely by Payfast or iKhokha, whichever you choose at checkout. Payfast accepts card, instant EFT and other payment methods it offers, and iKhokha accepts card payments.
Reviewing your order
Before you pay, you can review your basket and checkout page, change quantities, remove items and correct your details, or leave the order without paying. After you order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that you can keep as a record of the transaction. If you have an account, your orders are also available under My account.
Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
- We deliver anywhere in South Africa with Bob Go courier.
- The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our sweets are foodstuffs intended for everyday consumption that can deteriorate, so the 7-day cooling-off period in section 44 of the ECT Act does not apply to them (section 42 of the ECT Act).
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. If your order arrives damaged, spoilt, faulty or incorrect, we’ll put it right. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Privacy and payment security
Card and payment details are entered on the secure payment page of Payfast or iKhokha, whichever you choose at checkout. We never see or store your card details. We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), as explained in our Privacy Policy.
